All Restaurants are delivered to you by FoodMobile.biz by popular demand. FoodMobile.biz does not have a contract with any of the restaurants listed on FoodMobile.biz, and strictly acts as a hired courier service. As a result, menu prices reflect a convenience charge and do not represent actual restaurant menu prices. Delivery fee is $3.99 to specified area with the exception of some colleges and hospitals. You will recieve a detailed e-mail receipt only, with all online orders. We can fax you a hard copy receipt upon request. Your order may be placed through any area Restaurant depending on your location.

A: Our service is very simple. We facilitate deliveries from your favorite restaurants to homes, businesses and hotels. Just order online or call us and we will make the arrangements with the restaurant of your choice and a professional delivery driver.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place your order here on our website or you may call 678-817-3663 and one of our customer service representatives with gladly assist you.
Q: Can I Fax in an order?
A: Yes our fax number is 770-603-7458. We often fax order forms to business and corporate accounts. Please do not hesitate to call if you would like to add or remove your fax number from our database.
Q: Can I place an order to be delivered for future time/date?
A: Sure! Online, goto "Advanced Ordering" tab and place your order from your favorite restaurant, set your desired delivery date and sit back. You may also place advanced orders vai the phone or fax. no matter what method you use one of our curtious customer service reps will confirm your orders.
Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: Our normal delivery time is between 45 minutes and 1 hour, however certain situations such as traffic, restaurant preparation time and certain other factors may require extra time. Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
Q: What about drinks?
A: We offer cold cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Ice Tea or Sprite.
Q: Do you offer catering?
A: Yes, we do! Actually, we specialize in drop-off catering! Most platters and large orders require extra time, so please try to order the night before if possible.
Q: Do you take coupons?
A: We often send out email coupons. We also sometimes offer coupons by mail and through certain publications. We allow only one coupon per order and some restrictions do apply. We cannot accept coupons from the restaurants that we deliver for!
Q: What is the delivery area?
A: Please check online or call to confirm delivery areas. We may deliver to destinations outside of the set delivery areas for a premium handling fee. We reserve the right to refuse any delivery.
Q: How much does it cost to have something delivered?
A: The standard delivery fee is $3.99. Our software measures the approximate distance between you (the customer) and the restaurant that you order from.
Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: Menu prices have been adjusted to cover the additional costs associated with delivery, and do not reflect the restaurant's in house price. A "Conveniance Charge" from 20% - 35% is neccesary to cover our cost.
Q: Do the drivers accept tips?
A: The drivers work for gratuities just like restaurant wait staff. A 15% gratuity is standard, however you may tip as much as you would like.
Q: Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?
A: You bet! The drivers pick up your food straight from the restaurant's kitchen and carry it in our insulated thermal bags. These bags are designed to keep food hot! Certain food items such as fries are harder to keep hot, but we always do everything that we can to deliver your food in a satisfactory condition!
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes, there is a $15 minimum on all orders. Standard $3.99 delivery fee applies to all orders.

A: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. .
Q: Can I buy Food Mobile gift certificates?
A: Absolutely! What could be better than the gift of not having to cook? Gift certificates are available in any amount by calling our office at 800-516-1136.
